Brief CV: 

  • Employed as faculty member and a teacher trainer in technical education system for more than 24 years in a reputed Central Government funded organization.
  • Designed, developed the curriculum and implemented various long-term teacher training programs like Master of Technical Education Program. Induction Training programs for developing core teaching skills and Modular courses for development of research   competencies.
  • Designed, developed, coordinated and conducted programs on various psychological, behavioral and managerial themes like Personality Development, Communications Skills Development, Emotional Intelligence, Interpersonal Relations, Developing resource persons in  Research Methodology and Counseling Skills
  • Contributed as a coordinator/ team member for various projects for the development in technical education system in the country, like, World Bank Assisted Project for technical education system (Tech. Ed I and II), Enhancing Participation Of Women In Technician Education, Academic Autonomy And Flexibility Project.
