Dr. Manish Bhargava

Prof. Manish Bhargava, presently serving as a Professor in the Department of Technical Vocational Education and Research and Dean (Student Welfare), and Project Director, Siemens Center of Excellence in NITTTR-Bhopal (Deemed to be a University under a distinct category). Before joining NITTTR, He served in NIT-Agartala in the Department of Mechanical Engineering For 5 Yrs. He is a Graduate Engineer from M.B.M. Engineering College, Jodhpur, and Ph.D. and M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from MNIT-Jaipur, Rajasthan. His career spans more than 26 years of experience in Academics, Research, and Administration. He also served as a Principal in Maharishi Arvind Group-Jaipur. As of 2024, he guided more than 30 advanced researchers with 27 master's and doctoral degrees working in various technical areas. His expertise in Additive manufacturing, Quality Systems Engineering, and Design Thinking has more than 80 publications to his credit, published in international peer-reviewed journals of repute, and National and International conferences in India and abroad. He has organized 17 nos. International/National conferences. He has been a resource person and delivered invited lectures, chaired scientific sessions in several National and International Conferences, STTP's and FDP programs. He published three books on TQM, Advanced Manufacturing Systems, and CAD/CAM. In addition, his leading R&D has proved its achievement by performing consulting Industrial projects. He is a Fellow member of, Institution of Engineers (India). He received SHIKSHA Gaurav Puraskar in 2015 for Research and Innovation in the field of Education.
